Bow down Thine ear, O Lord, and hear,
For I am poor and great my need;
Preserve my soul, for Thee I fear;
O God, Thy trusting servant heed.
O Lord, be merciful to me,
For all the day to Thee I cry;
Rejoice Thy servant, for to Thee
I lift my soul, O Lord most high.
For Thou, O Lord, art good and kind,
And ready to forgive Thou art;
Abundant mercy they shall find
Who call on Thee with all their heart.
O Lord, incline Thine ear to me,
My voice of supplication heed;
In trouble I will cry to Thee,
For Thou wilt answer when I plead.
There is no God but Thee alone,
Nor works like Thine, O Lord most high;
All nations shall surround Thy throne
And their Creator glorify.
In all Thy deeds how great Thou art!
Thou one true God, Thy way make clear;
Teach me with undivided heart
To trust Thy truth, Thy Name to fear.
हे यहोवा, कान लगाकर सुन,
क्योंकि मैं कंगाल हूं, और अपक्की आवश्यकता बड़ी हूं;
मेरे प्राण की रक्षा कर, मैं तुझ से डरता हूं;
हे परमेश्वर, तेरा भरोसा करनेवाला दास ध्यान दे।
हे प्रभु, मुझ पर दया करो,
क्योंकि मैं दिन भर तेरी दुहाई देता हूं;
तेरा दास आनन्दित हो, तेरे लिये
मैं अपनी आत्मा को ऊपर उठाता हूं, हे भगवान सबसे ऊंचे।
क्योंकि, हे यहोवा, तू भला और दयालु है,
और तू क्षमा करने को तैयार है;
प्रचुर मात्रा में दया वे पाएंगे
जो पूरे मन से तुझे पुकारते हैं।
हे यहोवा, अपना कान मेरी ओर लगा,
मेरी विनती की वाणी पर ध्यान दो;
संकट में मैं तेरी दुहाई दूंगा,
क्योंकि जब मैं याचना करूंगा तब तू उत्तर देगा।
कोई भगवान नहीं है लेकिन केवल आप ही हैं,
हे परमप्रधान यहोवा, तेरे समान काम नहीं करता;
सभी राष्ट्र तेरे सिंहासन को घेर लेंगे
और उनका रचयिता महिमामंडित करता है।
अपने सब कर्मों में तू कितना महान है!
तू एक सच्चा परमेश्वर है, तेरा मार्ग स्पष्ट करता है;
मुझे अविभाजित हृदय से सिखाओ
तेरा सत्य पर भरोसा करने के लिए, तेरा नाम डरने के लिए।
