Hear what glorious song of angels
Is now ringing through the air;
Never valley, never mountain
Heard an anthem half so fair.

Is the jubilant ;
God is sending us a Savior,
Peace on earth, good will to man.

Messengers of God’s free mercy
Are now seen by human eye;
Shepherds hear the wondrous message:
“Glory be to God on high.”

Of our God so full of love,
Who on Christmas sent a Savior,

स्वर्गदूतों का कैसा महिमामय गीत सुनो
अब हवा में बज रहा है;
कभी घाटी, कभी पहाड़ नहीं
एक गान आधा इतना उचित सुना।

हालेलुजाह, हलेलुजाह
प्रफुल्लित है;
भगवान हमें एक उद्धारकर्ता भेज रहा है,
पृथ्वी पर शांति, मनुष्य की भलाई।

भगवान की मुक्त दया के संदेशवाहक
अब मानवीय आँखों से देखे जाते हैं;
चरवाहों ने अद्भुत संदेश सुना:
“उच्च पर भगवान की जय हो।”

आइए हम भी गुण गाएं
हमारे भगवान के इतने प्यार से भरे हुए,
जिसने क्रिसमस पर एक उद्धारकर्ता भेजा,
ऊपर से एक उद्धारकर्ता भेजा।
